2. Print and complete the registration form click here and bring it with you on registration day.

3. Print, read and complete the Accident Support program click here and bring it with you on registration day.

4. You need to complete FFA registration to obtain a FFA number.

a.) For existing players or players from another club who have an FFA number click here 

b.) For players that have not played before click here .We can assist for you to obtain an FFA number.

5. We will take photos of players on registration day. There is no need to bring photos.

6. Payment is to be made in full by either cash or cheque made payable to Fraser Park Football Club.
