Time: Doors Opening at 5.00PM

Venue:   the Pavilion Hall at Fraser Park

  • Buffet style,
  • Entrée will be pasta
  • Main will be charcoal chicken
  • And dessert.

Water and Soft drinks provided to players free of charge,

All other guest can purchase drinks at the Bar.

Part of your registration fees this year includes entry for both parents and player. Any extra children wishing to attend will be at a cost of $40.00 pp for 12 years and older.

With limited spots available this year if you have intentions of bringing additional children please let your Team Manager know ASAP so the club can manage numbers attending the event.

Could you please start arriving at 4.30pm & be seated by 5pm tonight.
They intend to start immediately introducing the teams. I believe it will go like this.
-Introduction from club
-SAP teams up on stage
-Youth on stage
-Talk from seniors
-Seniors on stage
-Club kit modeling then
finish if you want to go home.
The kits are not ready due to sponsorship printing etc.
So starting 5pm sharp, finishing before 9pm hopefully.
