Emiliano played for Fraser’s inaugural youth team 40 years ago. His coaching experience spans 19 years with 5 of those at Fraser Park FC. He has completed FFA B Lic course and already has 4 years of TD experience with 2 seasons at WPL and 2 at YPL2. In between, he has coached Futsal for 13 years and 2 of those at Premier League under Steve Knight, former National Futsal coach.

Matthew Licata is at B Lic level and has displayed excellent coaching attributes at such a young age. He has a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Sports Coaching. He has recently retired as a player to focus on the pursuit of a professional career in Football Coaching.

The appointment of Emiliano and Matthew bring about an exciting new era at Fraser Park FC. Both Emiliano and Matthew are enormously passionate about Football and offer the club a holistic Football plan to drive Fraser Park FC in to a successful and durable future.

Matthew said “The opportunity to work alongside Emiliano at Fraser Park FC is momentous. What we want to do here is truly for the benefit of the club and the sport. We care about synergizing all areas of the club program, right from the U9’s to First Grade. We want to create an environment and culture, through our Football philosophy, where our SAP and Youth can watch our Senior Team play and see our First Grader’s role modelling our possession-based Football Model. So much credit needs to be given to the board in their incredible support and initiative to make this happen- there are people working extremely hard at the moment behind the scenes. I’m honoured to be representing this club in to the future.

The club will announce the appointments of its SAP, Youth and additional Senior Personnel in the near future. Keep an eye on this space
